Shipping Policy

USPS Shipping

We ship with the U.S. Postal Service - We ship by USPS First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail

We will ship your in-stock item the following business day, unless otherwise noted.

Custom orders will generally take longer to ship. Please read the description for details.


Items will usually be shipped by Insured First Class Mail.

Domestic Express Mail 1 - 2 day service upgrade - $20.00

Priority Mail Upgrade - $7.00

To protect our customers, items over $150.00 value will not be left outside your door -

A signature is required upon delivery. The carrier will ring your bell and hand you the package.

If you want your items in less than 7 - 10 days, please choose a faster shipping option during checkout.

We Ship To A.P.O. (Military) Addresses - same charge as domestic mail!

Our Promise to You

Any item you purchase from us is exactly as stated in its description.

Please refer to the measurements given on the specific
item ad page - Many items are enlarged to show detail!

We use Sterling Silver and 14K Gold components in all our custom work --
ear wires, settings, chain, beads and other findings unless otherwise noted.

All stones, pearls and amber are genuine unless otherwise stated,
as in the case of Austrian crystal or cubic zirconia.

Precious Metal Clay ® objects or components are guaranteed
to be pure - either fine silver, or, in the case of gold PMC, 22K gold.

Some items pictured may be one-of-a-kind or hand made pieces that are limited
in availability. We will do our best to remove the image once the item is sold.

However,pictures may be on display after items have been sold and are no longer available.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to keep things up to date.

Our Return Policy

Merchandise is returnable within 15 days of the date on your invoice subject to the following terms:

We must be notified via email within 15 days of your dated receipt prior to the return of any item.

We will respond with return instructions. You must
follow these instructions to receive a timely refund.

We have no restocking fees.

Shipping a return is at your expense; we cannot pay your shipping fee to return an item.

Please be sure to insure your return.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged on the way to us.

We will refund the purchase price of items only. S&H fees are NOT refundable.

Earrings for pierced ears and body jewelry are NOT returnable for refund or exchange.

Custom sized or custom made items are NOT refundable.

Custom ordered items are NOT returnable for refund or exchange.

Please be sure of your size.

We will NOT issue a refund for size errors made when ordering rings, chains or other sized items.

Exchanges for equal value or higher priced items will be allowed
on request - however, you must pay any additional shipping fees.

Items returned for refund or exchange must be new and in original packaging.

Please include a copy of your receipt with the item, and note the reason for the return.

Every package we ship is insured.

If an item arrives that was damaged in transit, we will gladly replace it.
Please notify us immediately upon prompt inspection of the item.

If we do not have the same item in stock, we will issue you a refund, or you may choose
to take your refund in the form of a credit to purchase any other item in this online catalog.

Our Privacy Policy

We will not rent, sell, share or lease your name or information with anyone.

We respect your right to privacy!

We may send previous customers special offers for sale items and
discount coupons for silver jewelry by email and / or postal mail.
